If you eliminate the current federalist arrangement, you will only
cause NYS to break into three: DownState (Middle Atlantic), UpState
(New England) and Western (MidWest, Great Lake). Given how
unmanageable NYS can be, such a breakup isn't such a bad idea. Then
again, I believe we should break up NYC as well, so the LiverHole
DumbOClucks can pay for their liberalism out of their own pockets. And
we can get bigger SUVs and smoke bigger cigars to irritate them.
