It is suggested that Daryl Hunt aka "DeadMeat" be entered into the
global killfile in perpetuity.

If anyone can offer a valid reason that Daryl Hunt aka "DeadMeat"
should not reside in the global killfile please let everyone know.

If Daryl Hunt aka "DeadMeat" is subjected to the penalty of the global
killfile it would be the duty of concerned netizens to admonish anyone
who violates the global killfile privately via e-mail.

Fook off, eh. He's in the kill file here, as is anyone who mentions his
name, and anyone threatening to send e mail "privately".
Fookin' Usenetkkkops, too.

What's the matter, looking for others to fight your battles?

I can.

He is not 1/1000th as bad as Stephan of God's Creator... he is generally not
insulting, and can contribute to the conversation... do not confuse
retaliatory statements by him as first strikes, generally, he will not
attack unless attacked first...

I have found him to be coherent, respectful, and generally contributing
valid arguments...

Now, every once in awhile he goes off the deep end, but so do all of us.

Thank Jonathan. I appreciate it. That takes guts.

Hey, we have all been attacked for some reason or another... I have posted
some wacky stuff, but I stand by my posts (except for some of the stuff
posted at 4am...), I have never pretended to be anything other than what I
am...

I am also unusual for the US Army... I grew up in an upper-middle class
section of New York City, got my Bachelor's degree before enlisting (and
came in as a SPC), left as a CPL (points were 798 during the entire three
years I was promotable...), and enjoyed the military...

Now I do IT... and I make a lot of money doing it... I look back on my
military experience as service, and I do feel superior to civilians I meet
who have never picked up a rifle, or through a ruck on their back...

And, yes, I feel superior to the politicians that would send my friends into
harm's way, but would never permit their own children to join...

Chuckle...came in as a SPC or as a PFC and made SPC after Basic?

I did pretty much the same thing (FLW, FSH, Class of 1979), and got
out in 83 to go to medical school...

Almost got disowned by my dad, who had a less than stellar tour of
duty after being drafted in 1952...but after I got to my first duty
station, and he saw that I was enjoying myself...things got better.
