Role: Oracle Functional Consultant

Location: Phoenix, AZ / Irvine, CA / Columbus, OH /Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Long Term Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to support business operations and system enhancements across Oracle applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Oracle modules.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

· Configure and support Oracle applications (Finance, SCM, or HCM modules based on project needs).

· Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.

· Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.

· Support system testing (SIT/UAT) and provide user training.

· Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support.

· Ensure best practices and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

· 6+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.

· Strong experience in one or more Oracle modules: Oracle Financials / SCM

· Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

· Good understanding of business processes and system integrations.

· Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and UAT support.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations.

· Knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI / BI Publisher.

· Exposure to integration tools and basic SQL knowledge.

· Certifications in Oracle modules are a plus.
