Job title: NetScout Application Support Engineer

Location: Denver, CO (onsite)
Long Term Contract

Job Description:

· Supported the Netscout application for 3+ years

· Detail understanding of all components of the Netscout environment

· Advanced knowledge of the traps and traffic monitored by NetScout relating to Voice, Video, Wifi and Network traffic

· The ability to create &. support dashboards for all verticals in the tool

· Train and develop other engineers to support the application.

· Knowledge of the equipment models

· Define and manage software upgrades

· Provide environment improvement recommendations

· Onboard new services and verticals to Netscout
