• Job Description:
  Own the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the overall Program Environment Strategy, including:

  • Master Environment Summary across all program waves
  • Promotion and deployment planning, covering:
    • Promotion criteria, processes, and stage gates
    • Configuration, development, and conversion data pathways
  • Security and compliance controls, including PHI and HIPAA requirements
  • Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Release management, including:
    • Data refresh planning
    • Platform upgrade release planning
    • Vendor custom code release coordination
    • Internal (MPH) custom code release coordination
  • Environment readiness checklists to ensure deployment and go-live preparedness
  • Definition of the future-state operating model, including:
    • Roles and responsibilities
    • Process enhancements across Service Desk, vendor support, and ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • End-to-end environment lifecycle management
  • Clear definition and governance of roles and responsibilities, including:
    • Environment ownership
    • Environment Manager role
    • Release Manager role

• Lead and support Go-Live planning, ensuring environments are stable, secure, compliant, and fully operational prior to release.
