My client is looking for Business Systems Analyst for 5 Month Contract role based in San Diego, CA (Remote)

Position: Business Systems Analyst

Location:  San Diego, CA (Remote)

Duration: 5 Month Contract

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.

3 to 5 years of Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Medical Devices industry experience.

5+ years of strong expertise in business process analysis and requirements gathering.

5+ years of experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience supporting Agile and Scrum delivery models.

Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.

Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar ALM tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience coordinating SIT and UAT activities.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge

Understanding of healthcare workflows and regulated business processes.

Knowledge of GxP compliance.

Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, HIPAA, and data integrity principles.

Experience working with validated systems within regulated environments.
