Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale cloud data platforms. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Snowflake, SnowSQL, Apache Spark, cloud data warehousing, and modern data engineering practices. The candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions supporting analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.

- Deep expertise in Snowflake Architecture and Administration

- Strong understanding of Snowflake security, governance, and access controls
Spark & Data Engineering
- Strong experience with Apache Spark and Spark SQL
- Expertise in PySpark or Scala
- Experience processing large-scale structured and unstructured datasets
- Performance tuning and optimization of Spark workloads
SQL & Data Warehousing
- Advanced SQL development skills
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Experience with data lake and lakehouse architectures
Cloud Platforms
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience integrating Snowflake with cloud-native services
- Knowledge of cloud security and networking concepts
Architecture & Leadership Skills
- Proven experience designing enterprise data platforms and cloud architectures
- Ability to lead technical discussions with clients and stakeholders
- Experience mentoring data engineers and technical leads
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience managing offshore/onshore teams and architecture governance
