Role: Testing Architect

GC/USC/H1B
Rate: 60/hr C2C
REMOTE (CST/EST candidates)
Location: Open (Manger is in Iowa, corporate is in IN)
Need Candidate's LinkedIn (Older than 2020) & professional references
 
Comp: Pulmer, QCI, Lupus, Trelus (They use Accenture, Deloitte, and SAP as well)

Need someone that has experience with Tosca ALM (Experience with Quality Center and Charm (for Documentation and transports) is a HUGE plus)

Tasks:

• Someone who can work both in the testing tool and with the business (Teach and explain and help bring them along with the new strategy)
• Help them normalize testing and get the smaller project teams to buy in
• They have a mix of people that have been involved with big projects that understand testing and small teams that say they'll probably break the scripts and IT can deal with it later
• How can you be a COE if you have everyone going off doing their own thing and not budgeting time and resources
• Build this into their ways of working (best practice / COE)
• Adopt regression tools
• Work independently with little direction
• They do have a test lead, but they have limited bandwidth
