Role : Techno-Functional Manager
Location : Quincy, MA
Duration : Long Term
Job Description:
• 10-15+ years’ experience in financial services, preferably: capital markets and foreign exchange, futures, and derivatives
• FX Industry and trading experience, understanding for global FX products and processes across the transaction lifecycle inclusive of global regulations
• Good Understanding of Modern Technologies (Open Source Technologies, Java, Oracle, HTML5 preferred)
• Complete knowledge of the software development lifecycle for iterative, agile, and traditional approaches
• Experience with continuous integration (TeamCity/Jenkins) and version control (Perforce/Git) toolkits
• Expertise in a functional programming language such as Scala is desired, but not required
• Familiarity with BigData technologies (Hadoop EcoSystem, Spark) and Machine Learning toolkits is desired
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to successfully influence in a complex organizational with multiple, competing stakeholders
• Demonstrate the ‘Risk Excellence’ culture in your behavior
