·         Corporate Procurement Third Party Risk management team – looking for someone who can be a “risk lead”; similar to a project lead, will organize kick off and hold kick off meetings, responsible for managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with domain experts as they conduct reviews, working with 3rd parties, internal stakeholders, and business owner to resolve any findings.

·         PM discipline is a key component to this role; must be able to organize - as you get 9-10 projects going on at one time, you have 6-8 domain experts that you are working with, 10-15 findings per domain expert. This person will be the central hub of each engagement.

·         Looking for someone who has been conducting 3rd party supplier risk management assessments and be effective at conducting multiple engagements.

·         Will be working with either a new supplier looking to do business with Fannie Mae, or a current supplier looking to initiate a new engagement (ex: current ASP platform provider would like to start providing consulting services – risk profiles is different).

·         Core Skill Set - Someone who has been in the 3rd party risk management space before doing assessments on third parties. Would be a plus if someone has experience with OCC regulated banking institutions since Fannie Mae has modeled their assessments off the OCC model. Familiarity is a plus.

·         Leveraging COTS product procurement platform to conduct assessments; has been modified for Fannie Mae, so the manager doesn’t expect someone to have that knowledge walking in. Will have about 2-4 weeks of ramp up time which should be enough time to learn the procurement platform.

·         MS Excel used heavily throughout the engagements they do, so should be proficient (able to enter data, format data, maybe some pivot tables).
