required skills:

Support Analyst with Minimum  8 - 10 Years of Hands on Experience in  Java technologies.

?              Has exposure in Supporting & performing Minor enhancements of applications developed using technologies  like Java

?              Experience in driving script/tool based  Automation and Standard Operating Procedures as part of left-shift

?              Experience in Effort Estimation and planning on Minor enhancements & Bug fixes

?              Experience in driving CSI items like Incident Elimination, Debt management Set , SLA set up etc.

?              Excellent communication skills. Coordination with Client & Client vendor partners, to drive the issues to resolution & root fixes.

?              Poses Good knowledge on SQL or any relational DB.5. Good to have people who have worked on Support Projects
