What we’re looking for...
Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of professional experience and at least 4 years in a people management role.
Significant experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management.
Thorough knowledge of Verizon customers, products & services, systems, and organizations within each business unit.
Experience managing strategic project managers and managing strategic projects, in parallel.
Strong analytical & strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications and recommendations.
Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities
Excellent communication skills; timely & effectively communicate using the appropriate level of information to the varied audience (from Analyst to executive).
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with MS Project
PMP Certification
Healthcare industry experience
