Position: ITSM Administrator

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Duration: Long Term

 

Requirements:

·         Well versed and experienced with ITSM System Administration tools and concepts

·         Good understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management

·         Experience in ITSM Process Mapping and Business Requirements gathering

·         Good knowledge of back-end system configuration

·         Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence Administration duties and system support

·         Good knowledge of Jira/Confluence support including operational support activities, customer service customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes

·         Exposure to CMDB and Asset Management administration in ServiceNow. Should be able to well articulate and explain the discovery methods used for creating CMDB

·         Very well versed with Front end administration and end-user interaction post-ServiceNow modules deployment

Good to Have: 

·         Background/experience with Web Services: SOAP, WSDL, REST.

·         Basic knowledge of development languages: SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, Javascript, VBScript.

·         Working knowledge of JIRA 7.x and Confluence 6.x system administration

·         Experience with JQL

·         Understanding of SDLC: Agile, KANBAN.

·         Basic Network knowledge: IP routing, switching, firewalls

·         Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages

·         ITIL Certification

·         Working Experience on Serena Ticketing Tool
