Provides technical leadership and coordinates all implementation efforts with supplier developers
Work with business and business system analysts to understand requirements for enhancements and production problem areas.
Perform expert level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases.
Have very strong experience in development, deployment and production support of VB .NET application with Oracle and DB2 databases ,stored procedures and TIBCO messaging.
Should quickly grasp existing system architecture and support all technical initiatives related to servers, databases.
Performs code reviews and collaborates with other Vanguard technical leads/SME when necessary.
Participate in security architecture reviews and risk assessments and resolve any issues identified.
Collaborates with Product Test Engineer and Business to resolve issues and ambiguities that may come up during development. Automate testing wherever possible.
Monitor application in production, resolve production incidents and perform production support activities.
Provide production support during code deployment, software patches, database/server upgrades or changes.
Participate in Kanban, technical integration meetings and other collaborative meetings as needed.
Work with Project manager for project and delivery planning.
