We are seeking a skilled Ansible Developer to join our DevOps/Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible, with the goal of improving system reliability, scalability, and performance. You will work closely with system administrators, developers, and DevOps engineers to streamline and automate IT operations.
Design, write, test, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for automating infrastructure tasks.
Develop reusable automation code and modules.
Integrate Ansible with CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps tools.
Maintain configuration management and ensure system consistency across environments.
Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
Manage version control using Git, and participate in code reviews and documentation.
Strong experience with Ansible and Ansible Tower/AWX.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.
Experience with Linux/Unix system administration.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of configuration management and deployment automation.
Version control using Git.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
Experience with other automation tools such as Terraform, Puppet, or Chef.
Industry certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
