Position Titles: 

Full-Stack Developer (3-5 years’ experience, and lead aspirations/willing to mentor JR developers) –

JR Full-Stack Developer (1-3 years of hands on experience) – Pay Rate: $35/hr

 

Required Skills:  

• 3+ years of Full Stack Development Experience (2 years enterprise application experience)
• Development experience with Jenkins & Git

 

• Java Back-End Development Experience (70%)
• Spring Boot & Spring Cloud
• Any Cloud Foundry Experience

 

• JavaScript/Angular4 Front-End Development Experience(30%)
• Knowledge and/or experience with Angular4
• HTML 5
• CSS

 

• Willing to train and mentor New employees (Doesn’t’ apply for the Junior position)

 

“Nice-to-Have” Skills:

• Experience in a Test-Driven Development (TDD) Environment

 

 

Daily Responsibilities: This lead will be responsible for pairing with junior developers to help mentor, code, and shadow during paired programming sessions. This lead will be influencing, leading, and mentoring the team members on the initiative of migrating from a legacy application to the cloud. They will be hands on for 25% of the assignment, while helping to guide other developers 80% of the time. This person needs to be passionate about getting into a lead role.
