Required Skills :

10+ years of development experience  

Must have:  (AngularJS, Javascript, HTMLS5, CSS3, SOAP, REST, etc).
Working experience with AngularJS 
Working experience with Javascript,HTML5 and CSS3.
Working experience with Web Services (SOAP and REST, mainly REST – expose, consume)
Source Control (any, i.e. Git, SVN, etc)
Familiar with setting up/administering their own development environment

Nice to have: 
Angular 2 and above
React.js and Require.js 
Continuous Integration (any, i.e. Confluence, Jenkins, Hudson, etc)
Cross-browser experience (i.e. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)
Integration of media players/streaming technologies (live streaming) experience
Exposure to video
