• Good in Sourcing and screening candidates using various job portals like Dice, Monster, etc.
  
• Strong Experience working on C2C / 1099 / w2 Requirements
  
• Well versed with US Tax terms. 
  
• Should have good experience in working with direct client/ Prime vendors requirements. 
  
• Must be self-motivated, ability to work within a fast-paced environment and must be a team player. 
  
• Strong work ethics; hardworking and driven. 
  
• Strong organization skills and ability to be multi-tasking
