Full Stack Engineer with J2EE 1.8/1.11, Spring boot,
MySQL/SQL, JavaScript and React.
Kubernetes a plus, but not required
Seasoned
full stack developer with 9+ years of overall engineering experience, who has
hands on experience in all areas of application development and is willing to
actively participate as a developer on the team. Must have experience serving
as lead engineer being able to collaborate with the product owner in
documenting feature and user story acceptance criteria; understand how the
feature will integrate into the current application as well as integrate with
other domain and enterprise services; coordinate multiple engineers to deliver
cohesive functioning features while following best practices in coding by
designing single purpose, scalable, maintainable components and services.
• Accountable for code delivery and implementation
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the onshore development team
and work closely with the offshore technical lead enhance and maintain the
application
• Participate in scrum meetings and relay business and technical decisions to
the development team
• Work closely with the product owner and business SMEs on design of product
• Production support
• Must be able to lead and supervise junior engineers

Required functional skillset and experience include excellent communication
skills, proven experience working in an Agile environment, experience working
with remote and offshore team members, production support, and documentation in
an Agile tool. Candidate must be able to work off-hours for meetings with our
Hyderabad team, execute releases, and production support.
Can you please provide a summary of the project/initiative which describes
what’s being done? Opex Infusion Modernization and Transformation.
What does the ideal candidate background look like (ex: healthcare specific
background, etc.)? Healthcare background would be ideal. The candidate should
have 9+ years experience at minimum. Should be proficient or expert experience
with Java, Angular, TypeScript, MySQL DB, Springboot, ATDD test automation,
Jenkins pipeline, public cloud.
What experience will set candidates apart from one another? Experience in
healthcare, can work independently in large org in an Agile environment,
outstanding communication, knows both front end and back end.

of the engagement? Yes.

What does the team structure look like – how many members and what is the
break-down of the team’s skill sets? Team structure is Scrum – One Product
Owner, One Scrum Master, A Tech Lead, and 4-5 developers both onshore and
offshore, reporting to the tech lead or Director of Software Engineering.
