Greetings,
We are looking for someone that has an analytical background, good communication skills AND development (Informatica, DB2 and SQL Server).
We need someone experienced in Data Profiling and the Process of scrubbing data.
Data Quality Analyst with 3+ years of experience
This person will be responsible for ensuring data quality from multiple interfaces with various internal systems.
This individual will analyze data for accuracy, perform data quality checks, and assist internal personnel with understanding and resolving data quality issues.
This person will also produce metrics reporting on data quality, provide input to data governance, advocate for data quality standards.
The successful candidate must have a passion for data quality and process improvement combined with strong analytical, organizational, and communications abilities.
Experience with ETL (Informatica) is ideal.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Use data quality assurance applications to perform, review, and report on results of data quality checks
Create and maintain documents, workflows and data flows to support configuration management as new processes are developed
Define data quality standards, identify and develop data solutions to resolve business issues
Utilize statistical analysis to profile data sets in support of business cases identifying dependencies and risks with results delivery through data quality score carding as well as providing supplemental analysis for data quality improvement efforts
Work with all stakeholders to quickly identify and address root causes of data quality issues
Prepare, deliver reports and recommendations on, and propose approaches to address data quality issues
Strong background in using Data profiling tools and testing tools
Experience with Informatica & ETL are required
