Role Overview:
The Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Python, .NET core and SQL. This role involves ensuring high availability of production systems, performing root cause analysis, and driving enhancements/projects while maintaining operational stability.
Tools Expertise :-
Need strong knowledge of Python, .NET, .NET core, JavaScript libraries like React and Angular. Strong hands on Ignition 8.0 MES tool with Perspective
Strong Python programming skills for backend automation and integration.
Advanced SQL development and database design.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support & Break-Fix
Perform break-fix and issue resolution for failures in production environments to minimize outages.
Debug and resolve job failures promptly.
Conduct root cause analysis for production job failures and document findings.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for support operations.
Database & Backend Development
Design robust DB schemas and structures.
Develop backend logic using Python and SQL.
Perform testing and validation of solutions. Enhancement & Project Delivery
Gather requirements, perform analysis, and prepare documentation.
Design, build, and test solutions aligned with business needs.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deploy solutions across development, test, and production environments. Capacity & Prioritization
Prioritize incident/problem tickets over enhancements/projects.
Review capacity utilization weekly and adjust plans based on ticket volume and enhancement needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
Production Support:
o Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
o Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Project Management:
o Requirements gathering, solution design, and UAT facilitation.
o Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and development.
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial automation domain is a plus. Soft Skills:
