Job Description:

Cognos Reporting, Teradata, Informatica

IBM Cognos, BIPM : Teradata, BIPM : Cognos Reporting

IBM Cognos Reporting knowledge required using query studio, report studio. Cognos 10/11 reporting knowledge.Good Teradata or SQL knowledge is required to support systems. Able to query database and backtrack the reporting issues in Teradata using bteq, mload tools.Good communication skills and customer management Experience of handling support team.

Other Cognos tools exposure Informatica knowledge is required as ETL is informatica and Teradata tools.

24 X 7 support activites. working off hours to support customer systems
