Role: Active Directory Administrator
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration of contract: 12 months
Interview: Phone/ Skype

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience and skill sets:
· Strong (8 – 10+ years) technical experience with Windows
· 8 - 10+ years managing a large (50,000+ objects) AD forest
· Familiarity in a global enterprise environment with:
Windows Server
§ Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 Server
Active Directory Domain Administrator
§ Active Directory Domain and Lightweight Directory Services management and administration
§ FMSO Roles, Schema Management, DC Promotion / Demotion, etc
§ Authentication protocols, LDAP, Kerberos, etc.
§ Group Policy administration
§ DHCP/DNS - Networking fundamentals
§ Windows security architecture
§ Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012 & 2016
§ Active Directory Federation Services
§ Design, implement, and support a Windows environment including Active Directory, Group Policies
§ Work with User, Group, and Computer Accounts
§ Work with Forests and Domains; Restructuring a Forest and Renaming Domain
§ Work with Trusts and Organizational Units
§ Work with Active Directory Sites
§ Work with Domain Controllers
§ Work with Global Catalog Servers and Schema
§ Work with Group Policies; Deploying Software via Group Policies
AD Preferred Skills:
Qualified candidates meeting the previous requirements will be considered preferably if they have experience with one or more of the following:
§ Active Directory Federation Services
§ Azure Active Directory
§ Azure multi-factor authentication
§ Active Directory Certificate Services
§ System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH)
§ System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
§ Strong communication skills and understanding of written English language
§ Experience writing technical documentation for use in operations
§ Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills
§ Ability to work on many tasks simultaneously
§ High level of initiative and critical thinking
§ Outstanding customer service and communication skills
§ Ability and willingness to work under a rotational escalation on-call team
§ Management of Global Active Directory Domains and Forests
§ Schema Extentions and Management
· Conceptual knowledge of Network, Enterprise storage, and database architectures
· Scripting abilities or programming experience
