Job Description:

Release train engineer

Remote till covid (New Jersey)

6+ months

 

USC/GC/EAD only

Linkedin Mandatory:

• Seasoned Release train engineer (RTE) ,  servant leader facilitate program level processes and execution.
• Drives continuous development, manages risks and escalates impediments while also acting as a full time chief scrum master for a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Certifications like SAFe SPC, SAFe Agilist, SAFe RTE in addition to multiple years practical experience working at Programme level – Value streams with multiple scrum teams meeting at Programme level.
• Managing, planning, scheduling and controlling a software build through testing and deploying in the production environment.
• Planning and execution of the Release Management processes and governance.
• Interaction and discussion on Agile Transformation roadmaps including preparation and implementation.
• Experience & understanding of working with Continuous Delivery tools and techniques, such as DevOps, Jenkins, Maven, Selenium, BDD, TDD.
• Establishes and participate in periodic Agile Governance with Clients
• Motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams in the delivery of digital platforms and features at pace.
