Job Description:
Minimum of 2 to 8 years experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Systems management), operations.
Thorough technical knowledge of Windows platform (Windows, AD, VMware and Hyper V).
Must be able to demonstrate deep technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Deep technical skills on Microsoft Core components (DNS, DHCP, WINS).
Good fundamentals and technical hands on experience on Active Directory.
Basic understanding of Storage and back up concepts.
Willingness to develop strong competencies in Windows platform support
Knowledge of HP ITO and HP Open view monitoring will be a plus
Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes (Incident, change, configuration and problem management) and certification will be added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skill are mandatory.
