AWS Engineer - Chicago, IL or Houston, TX

Role: AWS Engineer

Duration: 6-12 months

Location: Chicago, IL or Houston, TX

 

·         System analyst level 3 but looking for an AWS Cloud engineer, someone who has exp. deploying apps in AWS, can work closely with the engineering and security team and do a lot of development work. 

·         Want to migrate the call recording system which is on prem right now to move to cloud so this person will be helping there. Someone who is comfortable with migration activities.

·         Someone who has exp. working with SQL server teams. 

·         Overall- 5-to-8-year exp. AWS certification required.

·         PLUS- They manage all of the contact center so someone who knows Amazon connects, voice tech/voice recording background, someone who knows about middleware elements, call flows, chat/voice bots. Airline exp. would be a big plus.
