Role: CA SiteMinder

Duration: 6 month contract

Location: 100% Remote

Interview process: 10 Minutes Phone Hire

Single Sign-on (SSO) knowledge
Siteminder 12.5x policy configuration
SAML 2.0 configuration for inbound and outbound
Siteminder logs
Fiddler/HTTPWatch
Windows/Unix systems knowledge

Version

The Siteminder build they have is 12.52 and this has been in the market for close to 4 years now. So there are quite a few people who have worked on it. But in terms of the requirement (SAML configurations) anyone with 12.5 or 12.51 experience will work as well

SAML 2.0 is the standard version and has been for the past 10 years. So most people will have experience in that version

Work

The work is primarily configuring outbound SAML assertions. So SAML assertions will be sent from DXC/HP (IdP) to which ever company/entity is providing the service (SP)

There might be some non-SAML based work - Agent based Web access configurations (5% of apps are agent based). But most people who have worked on Siteminder SAML will already know how to configure the web access policies

Requirements

Knowledge of Single Sign-on (SSO)

Experience configuring Siteminder policies for the same - at least 3 - 4 years

Past experience configuring SAML for inbound and outbound - at least 18 to 24 months

Experience accessing Siteminder logs

Basic understanding of Fiddler/HTTPWatch

Basic understanding of Windows/Unix systems
