Position Details:

Job Title: Senior IBM BPM Developer

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Duration: 8 Month+ with possible extension

Interview Mode: Phone and Skype

 

REMOTE with limited travel to VA.  Expenses will be paid for travel and stay.

 

 

The Sr. IBM BPM Developer will have a primary role in the analysis, design, configuration, upgrade and implementation of complex business processes. Candidate must be experienced in all phases of BPM implementation lifecycle Simulation, Modeling, Implementation, Execution and Monitoring using Business Process Modeling (BPM) tools.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Upgrade existing BPM applications
  • Analyze, design and implement end-to-end business processes
  • Creation of Custom User Interfaces based on process requirements
  • Implementation of advanced technical integrations with external systems
  • Implementation of advanced process routing of tasks
  • Development of portals that provide process visibility through custom reports and scoreboards
  • Contribute effectively to build Center of Excellence. Mentor and supports other team members in BPM and related areas of expertise
  • Communicates effectively, works collaboratively and cooperatively with others

 

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Familiar with IBM BPM upgrade to 8.6 and/ or version 18
  • At least 5 years of experience in IBM BPM tools and Business Process Manager versions 8.0 and above
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with business process modeling, simulation and conducting playback sessions using IBM Business Process Designer or Lombardi BPM
  • Experience with Java and JavaScript

  • IBM WebSphere on Linux; Functional and hands-on knowledge of IBM - WebSphere Server Mgmt.

  • IBM BPM: Functional and hands-on knowledge of IBM – BPM
  • IBM MDM: Functional and hands-on knowledge of IBM – MDM
  • JVM Debugging and Tuning
  • IBM server application installation for the above IBM Apps
  • IBM server analysis and debugging
  • IBM level 2 support experience….
