Skills Requirement

• Salesforce Service Cloud Integration, Configuration and Administration expertise
• Good overall understanding of Service Cloud Architecture, Salesforce object model, and Underlying database modelling
• Integration expertise with Restful API's
• Experience in configuration with

• Case Management
• Rerouting
• Prioritization
• Re-assignment
• Business rules and workflow
• Building Macros
• Experience with Salesforce Administration and Deployment
• Experience building Metrics and Dashboards
• Salesforce Developer Certification is required, other certification are highly desirable
