Location Hartford, CT(Day 1 onsite)

Position summary:

Require an experienced candidate with good knowledge in SQL Server, AWS and DevOps knowledge. Nice to have skills: SSIS, Oracle PLSQL, Rally.

8.Roles & Responsibilities

 

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Must be able to work directly with client and also coordinate with offshore.

2. Provide production support and on-call support including problem analysis and resolution, including during and after work hours

3. Perform analysis and resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA.

4. Good understand database design, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

5. Ability to work effectively with end-users, technical team members and management.

6. Must be able to multi-task and work independently, take initiative to prioritize and resolve problems

7. Any CICD tools experience or in-depth conceptual understanding

8. Execute and manage day-to-day operations via ticketing tools and processes (Incidents handling and KEDB based activities )

9. Ability to consistently follow through on assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

10.Must be ready to learn new technology as and when project requires.

11.Knowledge in Oracle PLSQL and SSIS will be added advantage.

12.Excellent Communication skill and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
