We need a PP-QM consultant urgently. Process manufacturing experience is a must.

Good knowledge of PP-PI based Process Manufacturing and integration with other SAP modules FICO, SD, PM, MM, WM & QM Required to have exposure and understanding of business functions like manufacturing, finance, purchase, inventory management, warehouse management Should be able to independently handle enhancements around SAP-PP & QM module Expertise in SAP QM in the areas of quality inspection processes in procurement, production and delivery Experience in global implementation/rollout Implementation/rollout experience for Pharma Clients will be preferred Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in: MRP in ECC using various MRP types and lot sizes In-depth knowledge of PP-PI based Process Manufacturing Process order processing and execution, shop floor control, Batch management and material movements. PP-PI configuration and master data design/setup resources, Master Recipe, Production Versions. SAP QM inspection planning, quality certificates, MICs, quality notification, PP-QM integration Strong knowledge and experience with SAP ECC 6. 0. Ability to integrate PPPI, QM, MRP functionality with Inventory and warehouse management along with other MES Systems
