Location: New Jersey(Remote for now)

Type: long term contract

Required skills:

• 8 – 10 years of overall IT experience and with prior Healthcare and Agile Product owner experience. Claims adjudication , Healthcare, and knowledge of Cloud.
• Engage business partners and various project stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, hidden needs and expected outcomes.
• User story documentation experience in Agile Tool, manage story aging, manage WIP, epic sizing, etc.
• Hands on experience in working on Agile Tools – Jira, Jira Align. Leverage Agile tools and implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve overall departments objectives.
• Ability to work cross functionally with multiple product teams, software engineering, QA Teams, etc.
• Facilitate Product backlog grooming sessions.
• Develop and maintains Product road map and backlog to capture business themes, epics, and stories while collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize the highest impact work to be delivered soonest.
• Ensure product deliverables meet business requirements by participating in identifying, designing and testing solutions.  Ensure requirements integrity by managing changes to requirements.
• Identifies, monitors and communicates product health metrics and KPI’s with the project/product teams.
