Job Description:

• Overall 8+ years of experience with minimum 4+ years of experience in leading Agile scrum teams
• Experienced in leading, training, and coaching the Scrum team in its Scrum adoption.
• Must be able to plan and advise Scrum implementations within the defined structure (Component - program structure in Cisco)
• Must have Agile scrum and Salesforce Admin certifications. with Tableau work experience is Must
• Must ensure that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
• Work with the product team for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
• Experienced in helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Experienced in identifying and eliminating impediments of the Scrum Team.
• Experienced in helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
• Experienced in helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment.
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed.
• Removing barriers between stakeholders and the Scrum Team.
