Duration of contract: 1 year
Job Description:-
Good Understanding of Hadoop Ecosystem & High-Performance SQL engines/frameworks on top of it such as Druid, LLAP, Impala, Spark, Presto etc.
Expertise in Designing/developing low latency/BI scale SQL engines on top of Hadoop platform
Expertise in Hive SQL & at least one scripting language (Python, Scala etc.)
Expertise in building end-to-end ETL frameworks & Experience with source code management tools such as Git.
• 6+ years software development experience in multiple languages (Scala/Java/Python ).
• 3+ years Big data development experience
• Must have expertise in the use of SQL/HQL/NoSQL
• Strong experience with Mapreduce, Hive, Spark, Sqoop, Kafka, Presto, Impala.
• Strong experience with NoSQL data modelling with Cassandra/Hbase/MongoDB etc.
• Solid experience with OLAP, NoSQL and MPP/columnar database technologies
• Ability to perform data related benchmarking, performance analysis and tuning
• Strong skills in In-memory applications, Database Design, Data Integration, ETL and MPP Architecture.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing & BI Concepts.
• Experience writing shell scripts using (ksh, bash, perl or python).
• Experience with Pivotal Greenplum , SAP Hana,
