Position: Sr. test analyst with Java(7+yrs exp. needed)

Location: Oakland, CA

Type: long term contract

Position summary:

need strong technical expertise on developing web application and API services automation and must have experience in Selenium TestNG Framework, Rest assured framework with strong Core java base and must have knowledge and hands on experience on Bitbucket/Git and Jenkins, apart must have team lead experience and able to coordinate offshore/onshore on technical activities like Code review’s, Code walkthroughs to client.

 

JOB DUTIES:

1. End-to-End Framework implementation knowledge in Health care domain using automation tools like Selenium Webdriver with TestNG and Katalon using JAVA.

2. Automate the tests by applying JAVA latest features, optimized concepts and following coding standards. Show proficiency in handling various files like XML, JSON and any delimit files.

3. Must have strong experience in Java OOPS and Data collections and must have experience writing programs and parsing files like XML and JSON.

4. Must be experienced in writing xPath, and DB SQL queries and must have working knowledge of JOINS and analytical functions.

5. Coordinate’s regression test automation activities across supported applications

6. Understand the Application’s Service-Oriented Architecture and write the automated test scripts. Develop or Customize the DB queries to fetch the required data from FACETS that can used for Automation Execution.

7. Understand the client’s SCM process to perform daily Code Check-Ins, Timely Code Reviews, and work on the code merge activities.

8. Show proficiency with SCM tools (Bitbucket or SVN), Build Tool (Maven etc.,) and Project Management Tools (JIRA etc.,)

9. Working knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes and tools like Jenkins, etc. Trigger the automated tests through Jenkins across various environments and monitor the build health.

10. Coordinate the automation development, execution and review activities with offshore team based on the requirements from the client at onsite.

11. Partners with various cross functional teams to identify, estimate scope of testing and enforce QA Process and Standards across all QA activities.

12. Show strong expertise in reproducing, analyzing, debugging the issues, and finding the root cause for clients' production issues.
