Responsibilities:

 

The Senior Application Developer participates in all aspects of the software development life cycle and has knowledge of agile software development methodologies.  The individual possesses expert knowledge and experience of contemporary web application architecture and design, and has deep experience with the Angular development framework, Azure cloud architecture, and GraphQL.

 

Minimum Qualifications/Background Profile: 

 

·        Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in programming and systems design.

 

·        Expert knowledge and experience of contemporary web application architecture and design, with deep experience in Angular 6 or 7.

 

·        Experience with .NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework.

 

·        Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST web services and Ajax requests.

 

·        Experience implementing REST APIs using GraphQL and consuming these services via Angular.

 

·        Experience building complete web applications hosted in Azure and expert knowledge of Azure serverless architecture.

 

 

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

·        Experience in SQL and relational database modeling.

 

·        Experience with SQL Server and Transact-SQL.

 

·        Experience developing native mobile applications on iOS and/or Android.

 

·        Experience with geographic information systems (GIS) technologies.

 

·        Experience with agile software development methodologies and processes.
