Role Sr Pega Developer / Lead

Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA REMOTE

Visa: GC USC EAD H1B With PP number 

Rate $60/hr C2C

 Required Technical Skill Set Pega PRPC, Certified CSSA
Desired Experience Range 5+ years of development experience (Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

 Having 5+ years of development experience
 Ability implement the rules and build low level design
 Knowledge and experience in integrations like SOAP
 Has experience in working Agile projects
 Knowledge on XML , Java ,SQL
 Good knowledge of PEGA Guardrails.
 Must be capable of working at a broad technical level in all phases of the application systems project life-cycle, and must be able to apply business knowledge and technical skills to systems development.

 Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
 Extensive client handling experience
 Onsite offshore coordination
 Understand key value drivers and role in enterprise architecture
 Collaborate with Developers, Business Analyst, QA and all other stakeholders
 Team player with positive attitude and ability in quickly adapt to new Technologies

Background

Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (Computer
Science Preferred) or MCA with a good background of software
development/technical architecture

1 Worked on PRPC with databases Oracle and application servers WebSphere/ WebLogic
2 Experience in requirement gathering, designing class structures and flows, code reviews and knowledge repository
3 Experience in performance tuning, performance analyze, log analyze and defects fixing
4 MQ, SOAP/EJB service
