Position   : Hadoop Developer

Requirements

• Hadoop ecosystem experience.

  4+ years of Developer  hands-on experience in all or most of the below components.

  o Zookeeper o HBASE o HDFS o Map Reduce o Hive o Oozie o Flume o Yarn o Spark

 • Strong knowledge of Linux systems (RHEL/CentOS/OEL 5.x) 5+ Years

• Able to create and manage big data pipeline, including Pig/MapReduce/hive jobs 4+ years

 • Solid troubleshooting abilities and able to work with a team to fix large production issues 2+ years. Preferences

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly (including vendor APIs) • Experience with migration to cloud ( AWS or Azure )

• Strong verbal and written skills • Team oriented individual who can work well with others

• Help in creating effective reports/dashboards for both operations and high level executives

• Write documentation to assist team members • BS degree in Computer Science.

• Streams (Kafka, Storm) ,Hortonworks HDP ,Puppet/Chef – Big Plus


Additional Job Details:
Need Spark experience; background in Big Data is a huge plus, 3-5 years experience.
