Hope you are well

We have urgent requirements  with our implementation for the below requirement.


Role: Network Analyst

Location: NYC (Hybrid but needs to be local)

Rate: $60/hr C2C

Visa: GC USC EAD 

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Will be responsible for addressing tickets in our Network queue – such as desk phone requests (Call Manager administration)
    2. Day to Day Store support (including firmware upgrades, hardware replacement etc) and assist with new store openings – Meraki experience required 
    3. Misc Network items – Zoom portal cleanup, Solarwinds administration
    4. Assist with firewall rule cleanup
    5. Assist with VOIP project
