Job Description
The scrum master is responsible for facilitating scrum practices in the planning and execution of the project.
The position will work closely with the program manager and the PMO team, as well as, various workstream leads to ensure successful execution of the project.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Lead, facilitate, and participate in key Scrum practices and teams across multiple work streams
- Manage projects and facilitate scrum practices using Confluence/Jira
- Manage cross-team communication on project progression, issues within the team and process, and/or the Agile process progress
- Lead team in brainstorming, root cause analysis, or similar problem-solving techniques to assist in resolving issues, crafting solutions, or defining process improvement
- Actively participate on assigned work, fulfilling task assignments, meeting deadlines, and proactively seeking attainment of team goals
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in related data and analytics area
- PMP or similar certification preferred
- 5+ years agile project manager experience using Scrum
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master
- 3+ years with Kanban
- Prior experience managing co-located and distributed teams in global scale
- Exceptional problem solving and conflict resolving skills
- Prior experience with Data project required
