·         Knowledge: Pharma domain knowledge, Ability to digest & comprehend both the front-end & back-end of sales systems & reporting in Qlik.

·         Documentation: Ability to document technical process/business rules. – Business Analysis

·         Communication Skills: Ability to convert the complex technology projects into business-friendly language.

·         Intangibles: Self-driven, coachable, desire to simplify the complex & problem solve. 

·         Communication & Collaboration Skills: Partner & communicate effectively cross-functionally.

·         Intangibles: Organizational skills, time management, multi-tasking & task prioritization.   

 

Project Management Skills 

·         Knowledge: Anticipate, plan for, communicate & overcome obstacles.

·         Documentation: Create project & communication plans through  templates. 

·         Project Coordination: Onshore offshore coordination Client project management.

 

Technical Knowledge

·         Comprehensive understanding of Qlik reporting platform so as to review estimate, problem solve and determine fixes.

·         Knowledge to review and understand data flows, and ability to do data analysis.
