Role: .net Developer

Job Description: 

Primary work objectives: New development and enhancements:

 

The candidate should be comfortable working on Azure projects and well versed with deploying code using Azure pipelines. Should have functional knowledge of working Azure Functions

 

Works with IT Architecture staff, and IT Managers to design solutions that meet the agency’s requirements; assists analysis of the solution design’s business case.  Writes, reviews, and develops applications, application source code using the department's standards.

 

Creates detailed test designs and test plans; creates and reviews test data for performing test scenarios; execution of unit and system test scripts, debugging efforts and defect tracking, support of user acceptance testing, and software implementation and deployment tasks.

 

Mandatory skills              
 .NET Framework (4.7.2 and higher)

 .net core 2.2 and higher

Visual Studio (2022/2019)

SQL Server 2016

Asp.net MVC 5, MVC Core

Entity Framework 6.2 including LINQ to SQL, Entity framework core

Kendo UI Controls for ASP.NET MVC

Java Script, jQuery and CSS 3.0

C# 7.0 and higher

WCF/Web API

Visual Studio Unit Testing

Azure DevOps

Build and release using DevOps pipelines

Git source code repository ( 2 +)

Azure App Service (2 years)

Azure blob storage (< 1year)

Certifications or Desired skills if any
