My name is KUNAL SOLANKI and I am working at ALPHA SILICON.We are headquartered in Santa Clara, CA serving customers nationwide in the United States. We have the following Job opening.

 

Position  :- Expediting Engineer.

Location :- Baton Rouge, LA (Onsite)

Long Term Contract.

PP NO IS MANDATORY.

  

JOB DESCRIPTION.

•    Having working experience with ONG/Refinery
•    Exposure and Experience with the Procurement Process & cycle for Post Ordering activities
•    Candidates from Engineering consultancy & EPC projects background will be preferred. 
•    Tracking of PO’s/ Vendor Co-ordination/ Desk & Field Expediting/ Inspection co-ordination/ Track material 
•    Receive and log incoming materials
•    Initiate order supplements
•    Should have overall  project experience of start to end project cycle
•    Initiate order supplements
•    Possess ability to proactively expedite and track delivery of materials. 
•    Able to coordinate, schedule, and chair client and vendor meetings when needed
•    Ability to maintain and track PO/Material statuses and KPI’s.
•    Ability to work on multi-projects efficiently.
•    Experience with SAP Requisitioning will be preferred.
