This is Avanish from NLB Services. We are a global recruitment company with a specialization in hiring IT professionals. One of our clients is looking for an OTM – Techno functional Consultant in Southfield, MI (onsite).

Position: OTM – Techno functional Consultant

Location: Southfield, MI (onsite)

Type: Contract

Job Description:

OTM implementation experience

· Strong knowledge of and experience with the OTM Configurations, Order to Cash Workflows, Scenario building

· Strong aptitude to learn the functionality of an existing platform through self-study of existing code

· Experience with OTM integration schema and objects

Experience in mapping with working knowledge of API/JASON

· Work directly with the business and product partners to identify business needs and requirements, scope work effort, develop and implement solutions, and support business process changes.

· Represent the functional team for major projects in the review and analyses of business requirements, functional specifications, design documents and overall solution design for the onboarding of new clients within a large-scale Transportation Management System

· Participate in problem discovery and application rationalization. Capture and communicate business contexts, assess, and articulate technology feasibility and dependencies.

· Lead solution discovery. Identify required architectural runway in support of upcoming business features and capabilities. Create solution options and architecture adhering to architectural standards and technology roadmap, minimizing technical debt. Document architecture artifacts.

· Facilitate group discussions with diverse stakeholders to obtain consensus on target solutions. Frame technical and architectural alternatives in business terms.

· Validate and thoroughly test solutions built by team members

· Participate in daily Agile Scrum routines to provide inputs and ensure roadblocks are removed to timely development completion

To be successful in this role, resource with following skillset is required

· 5+ years with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management)

· OTM implementation experience

· Strong knowledge of and experience with the OTM Configurations, Order to Cash Workflows, Scenario building

· Strong aptitude to learn the functionality of an existing platform through self-study of existing code

· Experience with OTM integration schema and objects

· Experience in mapping with working knowledge of API/JASON

· Certification from Oracle
