JD:
- Backup for Change and Release Management (preferably someone with end user communications experience that can help with OCM side of Change Mgmt)
- Assist with reporting and dashboard creation in ServiceNow (someone familiar with the reporting side of ServiceNow that can assist with preparing operational type reports)
- Assist teams with any CMDB maturity activities (enhancing CMDB, relationship between CIs, etc.)
- Major Incident Management experience (potentially assist with the role of major incident manager/coordinator towards the end of the calendar year)
Assist with a small number of escalations from our Petroleum business (follow through with incidents/requests that may be escalated and coordinate with respective Technology teams to drive resolution. Needs to understand how ServiceNow incident/request routing works so they know what teams to reach out to.)
