1. Position: Production Support 

Location: O'Fallon,MS (Day1 Onsite,Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Note:- OPT & CPT Is Not Workable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

UNIX/SQL L2 PROD Support

Experience in L2 prod support in Unix Command/Shell Scripting and PL/SQL

Basic understanding of java based web applications support

Knowledge and troubleshooting using logs, Splunk, Dynatrace ONE or any monitoring tool

Understanding for application deployments and running/execution

Good understanding of Work Order, Incidents, Changes, RCA & Problem Management

Nice to have knowledge in any cloud environment
