Position: Business Analyst
Job Description:
Opportunity assessments for the projects identified
To create as in and to be process flows (IncludingL4 process maps )
To assess processes , document and reengineer the processes if required to suit
automation
Prepare the Process Qualification Document ,Solution Design Document for the
projects
Work as an interface between the Functional/Operational team and the RPA
Developer
Participates in gathering and analyzing of internal business requirements by
means of interviews, workflow analyses and
facilitated discussions with users
Assists with identification of Business Readiness Plan owners
Identifies and communicates risks and issues impacting business rules,
functional requirements and specifications
Translates users' business requirements into detailed functional designs for
development, testing, and implementation
Supporting the engagement team during functional validation and deployment of
the solution Functional Competencies
Required:
Knowledge of the Quality Concepts, process and tools
Ability to use the desktop computer systems and MS Office
Analytical and Logical Thinking
Good understanding of Level 1,2 3 Process maps
knowledge on Transaction Monitoring and management
Strong hold on data collection and reporting
Good understanding of 7 QC and PST Tools
Problem solving skills using the Quality tools
Coaching and Feedback ability
Behavioural Competencies Required

Ability to empower, motivate and develop others
Good written and verbal communication, proficiency in English language
