Description:
Good Knowledge on Primavera P6 consulting
resource
Oracle Primavera Project Management technology and associated solutions related
to Cost Management and Project Risk
• Support creation of new projects with use of existing and
new templates.
• Optimize new projects to ensure need dates are met by
engineering cycles.
• Provide cycle and quoted hours information to related
parties.
• Facilitate changes to schedules based on progress and
priorities.
• Maintain P6 templates through congruency sessions.
• Address technical issues as they surface from a functional
perspective.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Manager to achieve high level of
overall portfolio health.
• Provide mentoring and leveling support to Capacity Manager
and Resource Managers
• Conduct ‘what-if’ scenario analysis and resource risk
analysis.
Deliverables:
-Process Flows
-Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
-Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project
deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility
-Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
-Provide best practice and industry specific solutions
-Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions
-Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical
configuration/development as needed.
-Participate as a team member of the functional team
-Perform other duties as assigned.
