Position summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Snowflake and will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs and translating them into actionable insights. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Snowflake solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and objectives.

- Develop and maintain data models and reports to support business decision-making.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Snowflake environments.

- Work with IT teams to implement and optimize Snowflake solutions.

- Conduct regular reviews of business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and present findings.

- Support the development and implementation of data governance policies.

- Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables.

- Assist in the creation of training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and Snowflake.

- Contribute to the company’s purpose by providing data-driven insights that enhance decision-making and drive societal impact.

 

Qualifications -

- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Have extensive experience with Snowflake and data analytics tools.

- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Show proficiency in SQL and data modeling.

- Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Certifications Required : Certified Snowflake Data Engineer or equivalent certification.
