SMC:
The position will primarily act as global solution architect for subscription management (SMC) module of Oracle Fusion Cloud. In addition, the candidate will be responsible to guide and manage the SMC DevOps team activities which majorly include – functional design of CRs and enhancements, manage and control technical development, deployment, SIT/UAT defects resolution, production incidents support. In this role, the candidate will interact with client’s business SMEs, process consultants, IT teams from other modules to understand and analyze the requirements and ensure timely and quality delivery of the tasks.
Required Qualifications:
1. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 12+ years of Information Technology experience with 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and at least one Oracle cloud implementation experience
2. Experience in at least one full-fledged implementation of some Oracle cloud application. Experience on production support is nice to have.
3. Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
4. Hands-on in Business Process modelling and simplification.
5. Responsible for Client Requirements gathering and come up with solution design.
6. Hands-on experience on Analysis & configuration of Oracle Fusion cloud components, custom fields, custom objects, DFFs, reports.
7. Must be able to understand REST API based integrations and design/mapping between source and target systems all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases.
8. Experience on Data Migration will be added advantage.
9. Experience managing team size of 5+ in the capacity of a solution architect.
10. Responsible for Client Requirements gathering and come up with solution design.
11. Work collaboratively with offshore team to build solution and execute business scenarios.
12. Engage with different stakeholders to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
14. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
